CAUTION:Do not fill more than 1 form or else your child's candidature will get cancelled




A child is eligible this year if he/she fulfils the following conditions:-

  1. The child should have completed 3 yrs of age on 01.04.2010(Born between 01.04.2006 and 31.03.2007 both days inclusive)
  2. The parents(Father-Mother)should be residing in an area which has been notified in the list given in the "Transport" link on the Home Page and in the Online Registration form under the "Transport" heading.

The child's name is shortlisted by giving weightage to the neighbourhood,old parents,old students and other parameters as guided by the Hon'ble  high court of Delhi.

Online List will be available on 28th January, 2010 on the school website.






ADMISSION TO OTHER CLASSES (Mont I to IX & XI)

Subject to availablity of seats,admission to the other classes is decided on the basis of merit(Write tests/interviews)
Documents required at the time of admission:
Mont I to Class I
  1. A passport size photograph of the child(recent)
  2. A passport size photograph of both mother and father
  3. An original and attested photocopy of the Municipal Birth Certificate.The original to be submitted for verification only.
  4. An original and attested photocopy of Ration Card/PAN/Passport/Election Card as proof of residence.


Class II to VIII and Class IX & XI
  1. A passport size colour photograph(Recent)
  2. A progress report card of the last examination passed.
  3. A Date of Birth and character certificate from the Principal of the recognised school where studying or studied last.
  4. A school leaving certificate from the last school attended.

Note:Incorrect or Incomplete applications will be rejected
MODE OF PAYMENT
The fees at the time of admission will be paid by Cash/Bank Draft.Subsequently the fees will be collected through ECS(Electronic Clearing System) by ICICI bank in the first month of every quarter.The parents will be required to fill up the ECS form for payment of fees to the school.The parents will be duly informed in every quarter through FEES BILL and SMS atleast 3 days before the recovery of the fees from their respective Bank Accounts.Parents are advised to keep sufficient balance in order to make the payment on time.Because of the non-availabilty of the funds,bank levies heavy charges on the Account Holders.

The schedule of payment is as under:

The Bank of Baroda operates through its extension counter in the school premises for all other financial transactions.The bank timings are:
Bank Timings:      Weekdays    -    8:30 a.m to 2:15 p.m    (Monday to Friday)
Saturdays    -    8:30 a.m to 11:00 a.m
                           Sunday    -      Closed

FINE FOR LATE PAYMENT OF FEES
  • Rs 50/- for payment made after the notified date till the 10th of 2nd month of the quarter.
  • Rs 200/- for payment made between the 11th of the 2nd month till the 10th of the 3rd month of the quarter.
  • Rs 500/- for payment made between the 11th of the 3rd month till the last day of the quarter.
  • The name of the student will be struck off the roll if fees are not paid by the end of the quarter and readmission fee will be charged.
